the village buzz

this is a photo of the aftermath of the “great wind” we had the other day.. when it hit, i was at work.. i swear, it sounded like the roof was ripping off the building.. on second thought, it was! we saw shingles and other neighborhood goodies flying past our windows. everyone wanted to head to the basement, but i am not that smart yet.

the big giant wind was the talk of the town for the next two days.. but no matter how many people i listened to, i am STILL not sure if i was in a tornado.. dangit..

so what about you kids, have you survived a real live tornado? i keep saying in am gonna go tornado hunting… but i never have time..
